Mindfulness in Families
We organize Mindfulness Retreats for Families every Summer and Winter. Families get together to explore and engage in Mindfulness, deepen connection with themselves, their children and community.
There are separate sessions for children, teenagers and parents as well as joint sessions. Each session is designed so as to cater to the needs of that age group and present mindfulness in various ways of art, song, movement, nature-based activities, drumming, meditation and yoga.
Each year, we are joined by gifted facilitators who are closely associated with the essence and ethos of Just Being's work.
