Taking Care of Yourself

Just Being invites you to a new course that is being launched from October 11th, 2018 by Sandy Dias Andrade - Founder-Directorof Just Being.

Through this course, one will learn the practice of Mindfulness, Self-Compassion and how to tap in to our in herent Wisdom.

In Every Module, one will learn a new face to Mindfulness:
  1. Acknowleding & Noticing
  2. Befri ending & Allowing
  3. Comtemplative Inquiry
  4. Relational Mindfulness
  5. Deep Listening
  6. Authentic Speech
  7. Deep silence

During the week, one will practice deepening the sefacets in one's self, one's personal relationships and in everyday life.
Other things that will be explored through this course:
  1. The quality of our attention
  2. The quality of our relationship with oneself and others
  3. Stepping into deeper, intuitive knowing
Through Formal and Informal Mindfulness Practices.
Overall, this course will help one to come into Appreciation & Kindness towards ourselves and to meet challenging emotions and perhaps be open to the wisdom they can offer without being overwhelmed by experiences. Opening upto deep silence and love.

Note: The course is meant to deep enourengagement with ourselves and our lives with greater kindness, joy,enthusiasm, awareness and wisdom. Itis open to anyone. However it may not be suitable if there is a current mental illness. Please do let us know about it so we can support your process in therightway.

The Course Begins on October 11th, 2018
Every Thursday 6.00pm to 7.30pm IST

There will be practices to engage with during the week, between sessions that will take an hour to fulfill on a daily basis.
