This is the beginning of the training pathway in MBSR and MSC offered by UCSD CFM here in India in collaboration with Just Being.
The first step is to experience the MBSR or MSC program for oneself. The programs in beginning 2018 is an opportunity to experience these evidence based approaches towards greater well-being.
These programs are also open to anyone who simply wants to enhance the way we relate to ourselves, to others and to life.

Navigating Life's Challenges (MBSR)
is a 5-Day adaptation of the empirically-supported 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. In this program you will experience the key components of the 8-Week MBSR program as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Participating in Navigating Life's Challenges is an ideal experience for anyone who does not have access to being able to participate in a formal 8-week MBSR program.
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
is an intensive 5-Day training version of an empirically-supported 8-week program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Based on groundbreaking research by Kristin Neff and integrated with the clinical perspective of Christopher Germer, MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult emotions with kindness and understanding.
