- Exploring the context of our lives through mindfulness, inquiry and group sharing
- Learning and practicing mindfulness together
- Encouraging each other in the process of making mindfulness integral to our lives
Listening Circles for Adoptive Parents
The Circle for Adoptive Parents is a listening space open to all adoptive parents of children of all ages. We meet once in three months.
Learning Circle for Therapists & Counsellors
The Learning Circle is a dedicated group for counsellors, therapists, psychiatrists, social workers and others in the helping, healing or allied professions interested in learning, practicing and sharing the application of mindfulness, compassion and wisdom in therapy and for the therapist as a person.
Mindfulness Practice Circles:
Wake Up is an active global community of young mindfulness practitioners, aged 18-35+, inspired by the teachings of Zen Master and peace activist ThichNhatHanh. We come together to practice mindfulness in order to take care of ourselves, nourish happiness and contribute to building a healthier and a more compassionate society.
From the 10th of October 2018 on, we will gather weekly. We will collectively practice sitting meditation and have a space of sharing from the heart. There will be also opportunities to practice walking or eating meditation, to listen to a teaching, sing songs and get to know the Five Mindfulness Trainings.
The Just Being Center in Camp, Pune (near Quarter Gate) will kindly provide us the space for our practice.
