The 40-Day Mindfulness Practice is a gentle guided journey that supports us in coming home to ourselves through daily practice, reflection, and community.
Created for both new and experienced practitioners, it offers a steady and compassionate structure that can meet the realities of everyday life.
Over these 40 days, participants receive short guided practices, contemplative prompts, and access to live community sessions.
The journey begins simply and unfolds gradually, helping us cultivate presence, deepen awareness, and reconnect with our grounded essence.
More than a program, it is an invitation to pause, listen inwardly, and remember that while practice is personal, it does not need to be solitary.

Registration Link - For International PartcipantsWe recognize that even if we have experienced the power of mindfulness, it takes regular, intentional practice to reconnect with our grounded essence, where love and wisdom naturally arise.
Over these 40 days, we’ll strengthen our ability to notice and feel, shifting from reactive patterns to a more receptive way of being.
Since each of us brings unique experiences and needs, this program is designed to help you listen inward and respond with care.
The practices are trauma-sensitive in their design.

Big thank you to All Just Being Team <3 “ - Monika, a long time practitioner
“The 40 days container was a safe space for me, particularly because of the intentional slow-ness of it. I had enough time to feel my feelings” - Ooha, a new Practitioner

For Those New to Mindfulness
You are warmly welcome. The journey begins simply and unfolds gradually, allowing time to settle, absorb, and find your own pace. Participants are encouraged to adapt the practices according to what is present and needed each day.
For Experienced Practitioners
This offering can also serve as a deepening of an existing practice. Through shared intention and consistent community practice, new layers of understanding often emerge, even within familiar practices. There is a unique strength in coming together to practice as a community.

1. Is it suitable for someone new to the practice?
Yes, it is designed in a way that it progresses gradually allowing for time to absorb. We also invite participants to adapt the practices based on what is showing up for them.
2. I have been practicing mindfulness for sometime now. Will it be helpful?
There is always benefit in coming together to practice as a community. In our experience, more layers or insights about practice unfold even if it is the same practice we have been doing.
3. 40 days seem like a long commitment. Can I join for less time?
We hear you. And that’s exactly why it works.
4. I’m so busy. Will I actually have time for this?
You can move at your own pace. Start with just 8 minutes a day, that’s it.
There are many offerings in the pdf (guided meditation, poems, songs, prompts for contemplation), but you can choose what fits your time and energy. Use the recordings, or join live sessions when possible. It’s designed to support real life.
5. I wonder if meditation is for me. I can’t sit still.
You’re not alone, many of us feel this way.
But mindfulness doesn’t have to mean sitting still. It can also happen in movement, in breath, or in simple moments of awareness.
There’s no one approach. Our bodies and minds need different things at different times. Many participants have found value in the variety of practices offered and deepened over the 40 days.
6. Can someone join in the middle? What’s the last date when someone can join?
We would like for the group to start and close the practice together and we keep it open for a few days after it begins.
7. Till when is the practice material available?
The practice material will be available till September 1st 2026.
