Mindfulness & Presence Oriented Psychotherapist
Sandy is a gifted psychotherapist, trainer and workshop leader with over 20 years of experience in the field and the Founder-Director of Just Being Center. She has primarily trained in Mindfulness based interventions like Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Integral Somatic Psychotherapy (ISP), Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy (BSCT), Focusing Skills Certification and is equipped in skills in cognitive, affective, somatic works as well as trauma resolution.
She has vast experience in designing and executing trainings for mental health professionals, educationists and others. She is also a trustee at Connecting, an NGO involved in suicide prevention work. She was responsible for initiating the helpline service and has trained and mentored over hundred volunteers in ‘Mindfulness Based Active Listening’ as well as mentored other organizations and individuals in setting up listening systems.

Harini Raval is an associated therapist and an assistant trainer at Just Being. She is an experienced and a compassionate facilitator who has held many group spaces including grief circles, group therapy, therapeutic space for parents, contemplative dialogue circles to name a few, along with individual sessions.
Harini has trained in ‘Presence Oriented Psychotherapy’ a PG Advanced Diploma from Just Being Center Pune and the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and ‘Mindfulness Based Counseling: Listening with Embodied Presence’ a certified program from Just Being and St. Mira’s. She also holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from ‘College of Social Work Nirmal Niketan’ and a Doctoral Degree in Education from ‘University of Twente, Netherlands’.
