“Death ends a life, not a relationship.” — Mitch Albom
Festivals are joyous occasions. However when we lose a loved one, these same occasions can stir up memories and hence not feel the same.
While losing someone can be extremely painful, talking about them, acknowledging and honouring their memories and what they mean to us, can be extremely supportive in our healing.
Join us as we offer this Grief Listening Circle, in the midst of this festive season, a safe space to allow and honour all our memories and feelings.
Kindly note: the circle is open to all above the age of 18 years.
