In today’s world, there’s no dearth of expert advice and theories on parenting, but the true expertise lies with the parents- it lies in harnessing your own innate wisdom and deepening your connection with your child.
We understand that parenting is more than following a set of guidelines; it’s about understanding yourself and your children and engaging more deeply, meaningfully and joyfully.
Our course, Growing Together: Parenting with Presence, is designed to help you do just that:
TAP INTO YOUR INNER WISDOM
Move beyond the theoretical advice and find how we can tap into that our own inner sense of knowing and parent from a place of wisdom.
DEVELOP PRACTICAL SKILLS
Learn the power of simple practices that help us to observe and respond better to our children.
Mindfulness practices, somatic practices, deep listening practices will be part of developing our repertoire as parents.
GAIN CONTEMPORARY INSIGHTS
Contextualize the psychological perspectives on parenting drawn from neuroscience, attachment theory, stages of child development and interpersonal neurobiology to inform your parenting approach.
BUILD COMMUNITY
Modern day parenting can also be a lone journey but it is not meant to be so.
This course will attempt to provide a supportive community, encouraging sharing and connection during the course and building ongoing support networks in their own lives.
While the tools and knowledge offered in the program is supportive, the true action will arise from within you and the evolving relationship with your child.
Over 6 months, you’ll have ample opportunities to practice, reflect, and debrief, allowing you to see the impact of these concepts and integrate them into your parenting approach. Growing Together: Parenting with Presence blends theoretical insights with practical application, helping you deeply understand and integrate key parenting concepts.
