Exploring Self-compassion through Art: A Mindful Inquiry Practice
This practice draws from traditional Buddhist visualisation practices and self-compassion practices. The intention is to explore, with mindfulness, our own ways of connecting with self-compassion and build an ongoing relationship with it. Art is just a support to help us externalise our inner experiences. So no prior experience or skill in art is needed.
Art supplies will be provided. However, if you wish, you may bring your own journal and stationery.
