Centering With Clay
In this mindfulness practice, we will tune into our senses & stay present to the qualities of clay, as a way of grounding and centering in our body, breath and heart space. In the process, also enjoying the form of art created with clay in the present moment. We will share, listen, and together hold space for what emerges.
All materials will be provided. You can invite others who wish to join in.
The circles will be held every month. We will collectively practice sitting mindfulness meditation and have space for sharing from the heart. You can invite others who wish to join in.
