Theme: Mindfulness of Breath
This circle is an invitation to pause, to gently return to the rhythm of your own breath. Together, we will practice resting our attention on the breath, noticing its flow, its stillness, and the way it connects us to the present moment.
Through guided practice and shared silence, the circle offers a safe space to ground, release tension, and cultivate clarity and ease.
No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are, and breathe.
