Theme: Mindfulness of the body- body scan practice
The body scan is a foundational mindfulness practice that helps us reconnect with our physical selves. It invites us to bring gentle, non-judgmental awareness to different parts of the body, noticing sensations such as warmth, tension, or ease. By slowly moving our attention from the toes to the head, we cultivate presence and deepen our connection to the here and now.
No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are, and breathe.
