As we sat with the intention of offering a listening space for you, our dear community, this month, a sense of grief showed up.
Grief for the world.
For the loss of peace, of love, of a shared sense of humanity.
Perhaps, in looking at this together, we may find a little more courage.
Holding grief in a collective space is perhaps the hope we can choose to rest in.
This is an invitation to come together with what is present.
To listen, to share if you feel called, or simply to be.
This space will be gently held by Mary Kuttikadan, who brings tenderness and steadiness to holding grief.
What to Expect
- A small, facilitated online circle
- A gentle opening grounding practice
- Space for voluntary sharing
- Deep listening without fixing or advising
- Confidentiality and mutual respect
- No pressure to speak.

Mindfulness Based Practitioner
Mary is an Associate at Just Being, holding both one-on-one and group listening spaces, including Grief Listening Circles. She also supervises and teaches in the PG Diploma course in Mindfulness-Based Counseling–Listening with Embodied Presence. In addition, she is a developmental and behavioral pediatrician, specializing in the assessment of neurodivergent children and supporting families in their journey.
Mary has completed the one-year PG Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Listening from Just Being Center and is currently pursuing Advanced Training in Presence-Oriented Psychotherapy from the same institute. In addition to her pediatric specialization, she is an RDI (Relationship Development Intervention) consultant, empowering parents of autistic individuals to support their children. She has also trained as a storyteller (Kathalaya Institute for Storytelling), yoga instructor (The Yoga Institute), and EQ facilitator (Equipoise Pvt Ltd).
