With a background in Psychology and Public Policy and over a decade of experience in the development sector, Aziza enjoys creating spaces for reflection and self-connection. She draws on an eclectic mix of presence-oriented practices, parts work and nonviolent communication and find deep meaning in exploring my inner world and accompanying others as they explore theirs. She also often weaves in art or somatic movement as gateways for self-connection.

Gretchen is a Writer who has collaborated with Indian & International publishing houses for over two decades. She currently is the Creative Director at a Mumbai-based Marketing Agency. Her journey as a writer-editor, mentor and mother is what drew her to an emerging calling as a Mindfulness-based Practitioner. The intention of her work is to create safe spaces that nurture connection to our inner-self and the communities we live in.
