Presence Oriented Psychotherapy™ brings the depth of mindfulness and presence through a blend of ageless wisdom based approaches and contemporary psychological approaches from the Mindfulness based Interventions (MBIs), Presence based approaches, attachment theory, somatic psychology, subtle energy body, parts work and trauma resolution.
It is a very alive and fluid process- where the therapist & the client work closely in a moment to moment way that allows for deeper healing forces to emerge in psychotherapeutic contact and facilitates the client’s movement towards a felt sense of wholeness.
We offer a 2-year PG Advanced Diploma in Presence Oriented Psychotherapy. Know more about it here.

Depth Psychotherapist
Arpita is deeply curious about the maps to healing, thriving and living with joy. Her questions led her eventually to train and work in the field of Mental Health, specialising as a depth psychotherapist. She has a special sense in understanding how we can use our bodies, lifestyles and environments to strengthen and nurture our mental health.
Arpita has trained in and drawn upon different frameworks, primarily blending psychodynamic and attachment theory with a trauma-informed, embodied, presence-oriented and person centered approach. She believes in creating a space to listen to the body as well as mind in therapy. A core part of her work with clients involves building nervous system health as we engage in depth psychotherapy. Finding and allying with the parts of self that desire healing and growth are central to working well together.
