The way we split ourselves into what we claim and what we reject is subtle, almost automatic. The separate self maintains itself by owning only the qualities it feels comfortable with, while distancing itself from what feels difficult or unfamiliar.
Each of us carries our own pattern of what we welcome and what we push away. For some it may be anger or envy. For others it may even be tenderness, vulnerability, joy, or love.
Yet all of it moves through us.
Every emotion arises within the same field of experience. Nothing is outside of us.
What becomes possible when we stop possessing our emotions and simply allow them? When we feel without grasping and let each emotion arise and pass without building identity around it?
This is the ground we step onto together, moving beyond managing emotions and into self inclusivity, where observing the split itself may open the possibility of relating to ourselves differently.
This circle is for men and those who identify as men, who feel a longing for deeper connection, vitality, and authenticity.
We suggest a contribution of INR 500 to cover our basic operational costs, but any amount that you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. Your generosity will support the operations of our community programs.
