Recent incidents of rape and violence have evoked in many women an underlying sense of not feeling safe, fear, anger, confusion, despair and helplessness. These feelings may arise not only from current happenings but also long held feelings.
We need a space to safely talk about how we feel, what we need and to be heard, not just women by women but also by men. Men who are willing to hear how it is for us, without judgement and willing to be touched by our experiences.
It might also offer some understanding of the deeply entrenched social narratives that all of us suffer from. Such an exchange can be deeply healing for all

- those who identify as women to the inner circle to share and listen to each other.
- those who identify as men to sit with us in the outer circle and listen.
- All genders are welcome.

Mayukhini Pande
Mindfulness based facilitator
Mayukhini has completed her PG Diploma in Mindfulness Based Listening With Embodied Presence from Just Being Center, in affiliation with St. Mira’s college for girls, Pune. She is currently pursuing Advanced Training in Presence Oriented Psychotherapy.
She has had a long standing interest in the intersection of Buddhist Psychology and Humanistic Psychotherapeutic approaches, and to that end has pursued for the last three years certified courses in Contemplative Psychotherapy focusing on Mindfulness, Compassion and Embodiment respectively, from Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Sciences, New York.
She currently holds listening spaces for one-on-one clients, groups and facilitates creative-learning spaces.
