We invite practicing therapists, counselors and other mental health professionals to get a glimpse of the Presence Oriented Psychotherapy approach through a live demo session with Sandy Dias Andrade on Saturday February 24, 2024 from 11:30am to 1 pm IST. Feel free to share this invitation with colleagues
In this session, Sandy Dias Andrade will work with one or two participants using this approach, who have given their prior consent.
Presence Oriented Psychotherapy™ brings the depth of mindfulness and presence through a blend of ageless wisdom based approaches and contemporary psychological approaches from the Mindfulness based Interventions (MBIs), Presence based approaches, attachment theory, somatic psychology, subtle energy body, parts work and trauma resolution.
Presence Oriented Psychotherapy™ is a very alive and fluid process- where the therapist is deeply listening and attuning in a moment to moment way and working in resonance with the client. The client is invited to come into Presence and deep psychological work happens in this field of Presence.
The therapist and client work closely together, in an embodied way, in an atmosphere of safety and trust. This allows for deeper healing forces to emerge in psychotherapeutic contact and facilitates the client’s movement towards a felt sense of wholeness.
As a unique approach to therapy, it has been developed and designed by Sandy Dias Andrade.
