One on one counseling and psychotherapy is offered to individuals. We sometimes need a place to reflect on our experiences or explore a crisis or dilemma with a trained counselor. Sometimes specialized help might also be needed when faced by trauma or clinical conditions.
An approach based on engaging in a moment to moment process with whatever we encounter. It is based on the belief that we all have deep inner resources and wisdom no matter what we are faced with and we can access these inner resources at any point in time. A collaborative process, where the counselor or therapist will accompany you in a gently held process. We include the somatic, cognitive, art and movement, energy work depending on what is needed and are trauma informed.
Counseling can be for anyone and everyone who wants to explore some aspects about themselves or their lives or simply to have a safe space to talk and explore what’s on their mind. Anyone can be benefitted from the counseling process. Sometimes we can be faced with little storms and sometimes some big ones. It’s always beneficial to talk about it in a safe space.
Usually counseling or therapy sessions are scheduled once a week and this is usually decided by the therapist and the client based on the frequency needed. Sometimes it is brief therapy required and sometimes long-term.
We have on-line and in-person sessions at our center in Pune. We also have counselors provide in-person sessions in Delhi.
