Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction or deficit-fixing, the session explores meeting thoughts, feelings, and sensations as they arise—as an intelligent doorway to reclaiming our wholeness.
Participants will be introduced to how Presence Oriented Psychotherapy works clinically with anxiety and depression through presence, attunement, and embodied listening, without prematurely labeling or restructuring experience.
The webinar will also look at Mindfulness-Based Interventions, particularly Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), from a clinical lens- not as a technique, but within a relational context that strengthens awareness, insight, and wisdom.
The session will conclude with an orientation to the Two-Year Presence Oriented Psychotherapy Training Program, outlining its clinical applications, learning methodology, and suitability for practicing therapists and clinicians.
What we will explore together:
Shifting from symptom-focused to wholeness-oriented perspectives
Presence Oriented Psychotherapy(POP) in working with anxiety and depression
Presence, attunement, and embodied listening in therapy
MBCT in clinical practice
