In the midst of daily life, many of us find ourselves overwhelmed by a range of emotions—anxiety, frustration, low energy, or sadness- and struggle to hold them. We may push them away, get caught in them, or feel numb & disconnected.
“Inviting our thoughts and feelings into awareness allows us to learn from them rather than be driven by them.”― Daniel J. Siegel, Mindsight: The New Science of Personal Transformation
Taking Care of Yourself is an 8-week online Journey that invites you to slow down, turn inward, and gently cultivate the capacity to be with the full range of your emotions.
Through simple practices of mindfulness and compassion, we’ll explore how to meet emotional experiences with presence, rather than resistance.
We will learn to listen beneath reactivity—to the deeper, intuitive knowing that guides us with clarity and compassion.
We will learn to bring a tender, steady presence to our inner world—one that listens without judgment and responds with care. This is also what allows us to have deeper relationships, with ourselves & others.

It feels like a daily prayer, a meditation—sacred, committed, unambitious, yet fully trusting. Sometimes, during stormy times, it also requires the support of a compassionate companion. I’ve been blessed to experience this connection throughout my life and feel privileged to extend it to others. My wish is, ‘May all have well-being. May all be home.”
